Woman wanted for her alleged role in St. Pete hit-and-run that left another woman dead

Kathy Repke, 62, was killed in June while she was crossing the street inside a marked crosswalk.

ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. — St. Pete police are asking for the public's help in finding a woman they say is responsible for a hit-and-run crash that killed a woman back in June.

The crash happened around 9 p.m. on June 25 on 4th Street North near 70th Avenue North in St. Petersburg. Police say 58-year-old Rosalyn Fuller was behind the wheel of a Honda Odyssey when it hit 62-year-old Kathy Repke, who was crossing the street in a marked crosswalk.

Fuller didn't stop to help Repke and kept driving, police said. Repke was later rushed to the hospital where she died.

It took a while for police to determine Fuller was the driver who hit Repke that night. At first, officers said they were looking for Fuller because she may have had information about the driver.

At some point, Fuller reportedly did come forward and spoke with officers. However, police at the time said they were still actively searching for the car's driver and Fuller was not taken into custody.

On Aug. 6, investigators said they were again actively searching for Fuller, this time with a warrant for her arrest. She faces charges including leaving the scene of a crash involving death and tampering with evidence.

Her current whereabouts are reportedly unknown, according to police. If anyone has information about Fuller's location or sees her, investigators ask them to call the St. Petersburg Police Department at 727-893-7780 or text SPPD and your tip to TIP411.
