TRINITY, Fla — Pasco County deputies say a Trinity man went on a "taser rampage" after a traffic crash.
Investigators say it happened early Sunday morning near Little Road and Mercy Way in Trinity, Fla.
According to an arrest affidavit, Nicholas Wagner, 23, got aggressive after the crash, pulled out a taser and stunned the other person involved in the wreck right in the center of the chest. Deputies claim Wagner then began running around and threatening to stun other people.
Wagner is accused of lunging at the victim and throwing the taser at him.
The affidavit claims Wagner admitted to turning on the taser to scare people but denied stunning anyone.
Wagner was arrested for aggravated battery with a deadly weapon and taken to the Pasco County Jail.
