It will be in effect until river levels subside.

Officials are warning that emergency services response will be delayed due to flood inundation of the area.

The county also announced over the weekend the creation of an emergency road providing residents access to flooded properties between Kettering Road and Cyril Drive off State Road 50.

The river is currently at 19.02 feet and is expected to crest at 19.3 feet early Thursday, according to data from the National Water Prediction Service. The part of the river in Pasco County also continues to rise and is expected to crest on Friday afternoon.
