Divers ending search for people in SUV that crashed of the Howard Frankland Bridge
Dive teams called off the search Wednesday afternoon for the driver of the white SUV that went off the Howard Frankland Bridge during a morning crash.
The dive teams called off the search as of 3 p.m. and said the water is between 18 to 20 feet deep with low visibility.
