MIAMI — Another tropical system has formed in the Atlantic Ocean.
Disturbance No. 1 has a 30 percent chance of development over the next five days.
Disturbance No. 2 has a 10 percent chance of development over the next five days.
And, disturbance No. 3 has a 50 percent chance of development over the next five days.
These disturbances, on top of Hurricane Dorian and Tropical Storm Gabrielle, are making for a very busy time for forecasters.
