Following Hurricane Irma, counties and cities have been issuing boil water notices.

The following counties and cities have issued boil water notices:

The following areas of Hernando County:

- Royal OaksTimbercreek (In Polk County:

Due to a loss of pressure, a precautionary boil water notice has been issued for customers located in the Timbercreek subdivision on the north side of Saddle Creek Road east of Fish Hatchery Road in the area known as the Timbercreek Public Water System. About 60 customers are affected.

City of Venice (in Sarasota County):

10 a.m. - The City of Venice has rescinded its boil advisory notice for residents and the water is now safe for cooking and drinking. However, the following areas remain under a boil advisory:

- 1000-1044 (even) Groveland Ave.
1009-1045 (odd) Myrtle Ave.
315 AND 1040 School St.

- 200 block of San Marco Dr.
