TAMPA, Fla. — Hurricane Milton brought damaging impacts to the Tampa Bay area after making landfall Wednesday night near Siesta Key.
High winds, flooding and storm surge left residents and businesses without power. As of Friday morning, about 2.5 million Floridians do not have electricity — that includes many gas stations in the Bay area.

GasBuddy
GasBuddy has activated an interactive tracker for those in Florida to see what gas stations are out of fuel.
GasBuddy, a company that aims to help connect customers with fuel savings, said users can use the tracker to report when gas stations are low or out of fuel to help other gas-seekers know where to go. The tracker can be downloaded on both iPhone and Android devices or accessed online at tracker.gasbuddy.com.
RaceTrac
RaceTrac said over 123 of its locations have re-opened since the storm. Many are on generator power and some are still without specific types of fuel, but the company said fuel is on the way wherever it is safe for deliveries to pass.
RaceTrac has a 24-hour centralized fuel dispatch team that constantly monitors fuel inventory levels and supply constraints.

Wawa
Wawa said it is working to get any stores impacted by restrictions and power outages reopened as fast and as safely as possible.
