ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. — The U.S. Coast Guard in St. Pete is searching for two missing boaters last seen before Hurricane Milton made landfall.
In a post on X, officials say Andreas Gabriel Kirchberger and Kenneth Thomas Reutzel were last seen on Tuesday leaving Charlotte Harbor and heading for Tarpon Springs to avoid the incoming hurricane.
The boat may be called "Heldenberg/Queen Milania", the Coast Guard says.
If you know where the two boaters may be, you are asked to call the USCG at 1-866- 881-1392.
