TAMPA, Fla. — Get ready to bundle up, Tampa Bay.
A cold front swept through on Friday, ushering in an arctic blast for the weekend. While we'll see sunny skies on Saturday, daytime high temperatures will only reach the upper 50s.
And things will get even chillier for Sunday. Sunday morning's low temperature is 37 degrees. Spots along the coast could be closer to the upper 30s, near 40 degrees.
Cold weather shelters across the Tampa Bay area will open their doors on Saturday evening. Here's a county-by-county list.
Hillsborough County
All Hillsborough County shelters will take in guests from 6 p.m. - 8 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 20, or until they reach capacity.
