Pasco Fire Rescue says around 80 mobile homes were damaged by severe weather Thursday morning in Zephyrhills.
Crews said the homes in the Forest Lakes Estates Mobile Home Community had different levels of damage.
Five homes were deemed unsafe to live in officials said.
20 of the homes have moderate to major damage and 55 homes have minor to moderate damage.
“We sent an engine out here and upon their arrival, we found that it was more overwhelming than we anticipated," Andrew Fossa, Emergency Manager Director of Pasco County said. "We thought we had a few structures damaged and we have a total of seventy structures damaged. Five of them were damaged to the point where we deemed them unsafe and had to remove power from them.”
Fire Rescue officials said there were no reports of injuries.

Most of the Tampa Bay area was under a Tornado Watch until 4 p.m. It has since been canceled.
"We initially thought it was a tornado at first, because of the path that it took, but we confirmed it with the National Weather Service and the state that it was a microburst straight-line wind that came through here," Fossa added. "This community, what I thought would be everybody being down, they’re all upbeat. They came out and helped each other, helped us, they were bringing us food, they were bring us drinks. They’re a very self-sufficient community.”
Polk County Fire Rescue reported one person was injured by storm damage Thursday.
Polk County officials offered assistance to affected families, but officials say residents chose to stay with family and friends.
