MULBERRY, Fla. — The Polk County Sheriff's Office and Polk County Fire Rescue are responding to a crash involving two SUVs that left five people injured about ten miles south of Mulberry.
Authorities say they responded just before 6:30 a.m. Thursday to the area of State Road 37 and County Road 630.
Little is known about the crash at this time, but two helicopters have been requested for two people and three others are expected to be transported to the hospital by ground, deputies said on Facebook.
The conditions of the five injured people are unknown at this time.
