BRANDON, Fla. — Two semi-truck drivers were hurt in a crash that blocked traffic for some time Tuesday afternoon on northbound Interstate 75, troopers said.

The crash happened around 1:30 p.m. near the Selmon Expressway, according to the Florida Highway Patrol. Troopers say two semi-trucks crashed into each other, which resulted in minor injuries to the drivers.

Traffic cameras in the area showed only one lane open to traffic. The remaining lanes reopened shortly after 3 p.m. following efforts to clear the highway surface from spilled diesel fuel.

Drivers may expect some delays.
