ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. — Southbound U.S. Highway 19 lanes are now open after a depression formed Wednesday morning in St. Petersburg.
Florida Department of Transportation crews shut down two southbound lanes from 6th Avenue South to south of 8th Avenue South, according to a news release.
FDOT announced just after 4 p.m. that all lanes of traffic are now open.
"Please slow down, drive safely, and watch for workers within the construction area," FDOT said in a news release.
