PALMETTO, Fla. — A crash Wednesday morning in Manatee County caused delays for commuters on the Sunshine Skyway Bridge.
Florida Highway Patrol says it was dispatched to the crash around 8:30 a.m.
Traffic cameras from the Florida Department of Transportation showed the left and center northbound lanes of Interstate 275 blocked on the Manatee County side of the bridge. The roadway is clear but northbound traffic is still moving slowly.
Injuries were reported, but FHP did not say how many people were involved. No further details were released.
