TAMPA, Fla. — The Tampa Police Department is investigating a crash between a car and motorcycle that caused serious injuries and shut down the westbound lanes on West Hillsborough Avenue near N. Dale Mabry Highway, officers said in a news release.
The condition of the drivers of both vehicles is unknown at this time, but officers say at least one person has serious injuries from the crash.
Officers say the westbound lanes are expected to remain closed while the department investigates. Other drivers should find alternate routes, police said.
