BROOKSVILLE, Fla. — Two men are dead after a crash between a car and motorcycle Sunday morning in Brooksville, Florida Highway Patrol said in a news release.
The crash reportedly happened around 11:48 a.m. at the intersection of Daly Road and Lake Lindsey Road. A 22-year-old Brooksville man was driving his car southbound on Daly Road while the motorcyclist, a 70-year-old Homosassa man was traveling west on Lake Lindsey, FHP said.
At that intersection, the 22-year-old entered the path of the motorcyclist before they collided, the agency said. Both men reportedly died at the scene from their injuries.
