CAPE CANAVERAL, Fla. — The next batch of Starlink that will help grow the already-massive constellation networked satellites was launched early Thursday morning.
SpaceX launched 60 Starlink satellites atop a Falcon 9 rocket from Kennedy Space Center Launch Complex 39-A.
Lift-off was initially set for Wednesday, but a scrub, several days of poor weather conditions and range conflict continued to push back the launch.
It was a go Thursday morning.
Due to the timing, space-lovers will not be able to catch the launch from Kennedy Space Center's visitor complex.
"The goal of Starlink is to create a network that will help provide internet services to those who are not yet connected and to provide reliable and affordable internet across the globe," according to officials.
