By the time he retired in 2016, Scott Kelly had been an engineer, a U.S. Navy captain and a record-breaking NASA astronaut.
Kelly knows a thing or two about staying inside for a long time. He spent 520 days in space aboard the International Space Station while his twin brother and fellow astronaut, Mark, stayed on Earth. Living on the ISS also taught him social distancing, as he conducted research with people 254 miles below on Earth.
On Friday, the Natural History Museum of Utah is hosting a live Q&A with Scott Kelly. You can fill out this form to ask him a question now or you can wait until the live conversation starts. The chat will go live here at 11:30 A.M. EST.
The NHMU is celebrating 50 years of service, even though the physical location is closed through May 8 because of the coronavirus. Right now the museum is offering programs like these online while everyone is staying home.
