Tampa - The Tampa Bay Storm has won a record fifth Arena Football League title, beating Arizona 43-to-29 on Sunday. Reserve quarterback Pat O’Hara replaced the injured John Kaleo in the third quarter and threw for two touchdowns. He also ran for a third. O’Hara led Orlando to an upset of Tampa Bay in the 1998 title game and was a reserve on another championship team with the Predators. Defensively, the Storm recovered an ArenaBowl-record four fumbles and forced five turnovers overall.
