TAMPA, Fla. — The 2024 Olympics in Paris are quickly approaching with the first-of-its-kind Opening Ceremony slated for Friday, July 26.
This means it's time to get ready to start chanting "USA! USA! USA!" as hundreds of Olympic hopefuls and veterans compete to bring back the gold.
While we're all rooting for Team USA, there's just something about knowing your state is being represented. Thankfully, there is no shortage of athletes with Florida ties representing the U.S. in Paris.
More than a dozen Olympic athletes heading to Paris hail from the Tampa Bay area, several of whom are repeat Olympians.
