ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. — The Tampa Bay Rays have released their 2025 spring training schedule, according to a news release from the team.
The Rays will start their 31-game Grapefruit League play on Feb. 21, 2025, against the New York Yankees in Tampa, team officials said.
In addition, Spring Breakout will reportedly be returning next year with games from March 13-16 as the Rays and other MLB teams will show off their top prospects in a series of exhibition games.
The top-ranked Rays prospects will be squaring off against the seventh-ranked Boston Red Sox in Port Charlotte, Florida on March 13, the team said in the release.
In total, the Rays will play 14 home games this spring in Port Charlotte at Charlotte Sports Park with the final game taking place against the Philadelphia Phillies on March 24 in Clearwater, team officials said.
