TAMPA -- The A-Train will make one more stop on the Raymond James Stadium turf this Sunday afternoon.

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers will induct running back/fullback  Mike Alstott into the Ring of Honor during halftime of the Carolina Panthers vs. Buccaneers game at 1 p.m.

Alstott scored 71 touchdowns over 158 games during his 12-year career, making him number one on the all-time touchdown list for the Bucs.

The burly running back helped transform the Buccaneers during their late 90's run and into the early 2000's, when he helped lead the offense to a Super Bowl victory over the Oakland Raiders in 2002.

His running style combined brutal force with an unshakable balance where Alstott would simply crush opposing defenses in goal-line situations as he crashed through the line for the touchdown.

Alstott's reinvention of the power running back position helped him earn six Pro Bowl selections and three AP All-Pro first team nods.

Later this season, NFL Hall of Fame QB Doug Williams will also be inducted into the Bucs Ring of Honor.
