Zebra heads to Ohio to breed with females

The Virginia Zoo in Norfolk has said goodbye to a feisty zebra named Zeke.

NORFOLK, Va. (AP) -- The Virginia Zoo in Norfolk has said goodbye to a feisty zebra named Zeke. The four-year-old male zebra grabbed attention over the last year for his antics, including chasing a rhinoceros into a moat and scuffling with a lion. He's now at the African Safari Wildlife Park in Ohio, where he arrived yesterday. He'll be a breeder for a herd of female zebras at the 100-acre preserve. He joins 14 other zebras there.
