With a name like Rasin Cain, this guy was bound to get into trouble sometime.
Police in Columbus, Ohio, say Cain, 21, was recently arrested and charged with stealing a 2002 Buick Century that was left running at a gas station in August.
A community block watch member led the victim to another community member, who led police to Cain.
The car was found with missing tires, rims and stereo.
