A Houston man is suing a stripper for $2,000 and some Harry Potter DVDs after their relationship soured, according to video from buzz: 60.
The type of relationship is under dispute, however. Robert Wallace says he gave her the money as a loan when they were dating, as well as a laptop and the DVDs, but the woman says they were never dating and she accepted the items as gifts.
Wallace told Newsforjax.com that he waited a week for his items after they "broke up' and decided to file the lawsuit when she wouldn't return them. The woman told the TV station that she doesn't believe in loans and was surprised to learn the items were not gifts.
