Grand Junction, Colorado (KREX) -- A Grand Junction business owner says he's making a statement on gun rights that's being seen across the world.
Nitelife Billiards shop has a lot more to talk about than just cue balls and pool sticks.
"It's our support for the 2nd Amendment, free speech, and they're just a great conversation starter," says Paul Liebe, owner of Nitelife Billiards.
The store's open carry T-shirts started as a gift for friends around town.
"The shirt was just something off the wall and we decided to do it for fun. Well, it turned into a business that we didn't expect," Liebe says.
Now, they've got boxes of shirts stacking up in their back room.
Liebe says the guns look photo real. So real, each purchase comes with a warning saying, "Law enforcement officers may overreact to your shirt, do not reach towards it, your actions could get you injured, or even killed."

"It lets them know if a police officer gives them a command because he sees your shirt at a distance and thinks you're carrying a gun, listen to the officer if he says, 'freeze, stop halt,' just listen to him, don't put your hand on the shirt on the gun, just do what he says."
Dangerous or not, the shirts are selling themselves, especially in cities, states, and even countries abroad that ban the open carry of firearms.
"I can't think of a state right off the bat that we haven't shipped to," Liebe says.
Liebe says they haven't heard of any major conflicts with law enforcement and shirt wearers as of yet, but if an incident occurred, they can't say they didn't warn them.
