Burger King is launching a burger destined to never make it to America's shores.
According to Kotaku, Burger King Japan is rolling out a new "Kuro Burger" ("Black Burger"). Quoting a Japanese language site called NariNari, Kotaku says the buns are made using bamboo charcoal and the beef patty has an onion and garlic cause made with black pepper and (black) squid ink.
And then there's the black cheese. It becomes available for a limited time Sept. 19.
Surprisingly, it's drawing positive attention from Westerners on Burger King Japan's Facebook page. Who knows, maybe it WILL make it to the States.
