I was born and raised in Kalamazoo, Michigan.
After a deciding to follow a passion I have had since high school, I left a career in pharmaceutical sales to pursue a new journey in broadcast journalism. I launched my television career working as an intern at WSB in Atlanta, GA and got my first shot on TV at WXVT in Greenville, MS as a 5pm Anchor. Before coming to Tampa I was an Anchor/Reporter at WACH Fox news in Columbia, SC.
When I am not at work, I enjoy spending time with my amazing husband Mike, and our dogs. I played volleyball at Bowling Green State University and cannot seem to shake the craving for the game. I also enjoy working out, shopping, relaxing at the beach, meeting new people and watching professional sports.
Tampa Bay is a terrific place to live. The friendly people make living here wonderful, and the growing culture makes Tampa a thriving area. I feel like I am on vacation every day, and have I mentioned the weather? Unbelievable! Florida is full of great stories and I get to tell them for a living.
