World's tallest roller coaster coming to Orlando

Orlando, Florida -- It's official! The world's tallest roller coaster is coming to Orlando.

WESH reports developers from US Thrill Rides are going to create a 570-foot vertical coaster on International Drive inside a $200 million entertainment complex called SkyPlex right in the tourist district.

The "Skyscraper" will reach speeds of 65 miles per hour and will feature a 55-story glass elevator with an observation deck on top.

It is expected to open in 2016.
