The Federal Bureau of Investigation has joined the case of a missing Fort Myers girl, an the search has turned to Polk County.
Diana Alvares, 9, vanished from her Fort Myers home about a week and a half ago. Authorities say she have been in the company of 28-year-old Jorge Guerrero, who was arrested over the weekend on child pornography charges.
Federal authorities are trying to link the images found on his phone to the child's bedroom.
