MARION COUNTY, Fla. — A man and woman were found dead Sunday morning at a home in northern Florida, authorities say.
At around 11 a.m., officials arrived at a home in Whispering Sands on 28th Street and 52nd Avenue after receiving a report of a "suspicious incident," the Marion County Sheriff's Office said in a Facebook post.
When deputies entered the home, they reportedly found a man and woman dead with apparent gunshot wounds.
"...Detectives have responded to continue the investigation, and we are asking the public for help," the sheriff's office said.
