BAHAMAS, — A Florida woman traveling to the Bahamas was found dead in her cruise ship cabin, according to the Royal Bahamas Police Force.
Investigators based in Grand Bahama said they were called about a 27-year-old woman found unresponsive in her cabin onboard the cruise ship. Medical teams reportedly performed CPR, however no signs of life were found, and she was declared dead.
While investigating, officers confiscated an unknown amount of cocaine located inside the cabin and arrested a 32-year-old Florida man.
It is currently unclear what part of Florida the person is from.
The investigation into this incident is still ongoing. An autopsy will be done to determine the woman's exact cause of death.
