LAKE CITY, Fla. — The Florida Department of Law Enforcement issued a missing child alert for a 16-year-old out of Lake City.
Emma Peebles is about 5'4" and 170 pounds with red hair and brown eyes. Peebles also may have scars on her legs. She was last seen in the area of the 400th block of Southwest Ralph Terrace, according to a news release.
Anyone with information on her whereabouts is encouraged to contact the Columbia County Sheriff's Office at 386-719-2005 or 911.
