VERO BEACH, Fla. — A Florida Missing Child Alert has been issued for a 2-year-old boy from Vero Beach.
Authorities say Shamar Windhom was last seen wearing a white diaper in the area of 71st Circle.
Shamar is described as 2 feet tall and 45 pounds with black hair and brown eyes.
Anyone with information on where the toddler may be is asked to contact the Indian River County Sheriff's Office at 772-978-6240 or call 911.
