3-year-old boy out of Jacksonville found safe, authorities say

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — Update: The Florida Department of Law Enforcement has confirmed that three-year-old Noah Hayes has been found safe.

Original: A missing child alert has been issued for Noah Hayes, a three-year-old boy last seen Saturday near Belle Rive Boulevard in Jacksonville, the Florida Department of Law Enforcement (FDLE) said.

Authorities said Noah may be with 31-year-old Jasmine Graham in a white 2020 Kia Sportage with Florida tag number 05DWTI. They're reportedly believed to be traveling on northbound I-75 and may be headed to Georgia.

Noah is described as three feet tall with black hair and brown eyes while Jasmine is described as 5'09'' and 220 pounds with black hair and brown eyes.

Noah and Jasmine are believed to be traveling in this car, a 2020 white Kia Sportage.
