TAVARES, Fla. — The Tavares Police Department said it found one person dead and rushed another to the hospital after reports of an odor at an apartment complex.
Orlando CBS affiliate WKMG reports officers got to the scene at the Tava Dora apartments and found the person dead. WMKG reports another person had life-threatening injuries.
Investigators are getting a search warrant for the apartment, according to WKMG.
