Of the three dogs who were also on the property, PCFR said one was located.

Firefighters arrived at the scene, located in the 2400 block of Winter Ridge Drive, around 4:26 a.m. and found that the home was engulfed in heavy flames and smoke.

PCFR posted images on Facebook showing the extent of the fire.

The State Fire Marshal is conducting an investigation into the cause of the fire. The Polk medical examiner will conduct an autopsy tomorrow to determine Alvina VanGorder's exact cause of death, PCSO said.
