(CBS) - This dash cam video shows Billings Police Officer Grant Morrison in the minutes after he shot and killed an unarmed man high on methamphetamine during a traffic stop.
You can see that Officer Morrison was very emotional after the shooting.
In the video you can hear him say, "I thought he was going to pull a gun on me."
A jury did clear him of any wrongdoing and is now back to work.
