There are many interesting aspects in the Hulk Hogan v. Gawker trial and one question that keeps coming up is why does Hulk Hogan get to wear a bandana in court?

A big part of the trial has been defining Terry Bollea as different from the persona of Hulk Hogan. As Terry Bollea took the stand on Tuesday, the issue of the bandana was explained in more detail.

So there you have it. Terry Bollea wears a bandana for self-confidence and the judge made an allowance for it.
