By:Preston RudieSt. Petersburg, Florida - Trust funds have been set up for James Dolan and the families of Joana Cruz and Kenneth Powell at Wachovia Bank. Cruz and Powell were both killed last week when Justin Cudar walked into a St. Petersburg RadioShack and opened fire. Dolan was also shot, but is in stable condition at Bayfront Medical Center. The condition of RadioShack shooting victim James Dolan is said to be improving. A family spokesperson says Dolan is now in stable condition in ICU at Bayfront Medical Center. But Dolan has also apparently lost sight in both eyes because of the shooting.RICK CORNELIUS/FAMILY SPOKESPERSON: "He is conscious, moving hands and feet and responding to requests. So every little bit is progress in the right direction."Police say Dolan was shot by Justin Cudar when he walked into a St. Petersburg RadioShack last week. Before killing himself, officials say Cudar murdered Joana Cruz and Kenneth Powell.On Monday, officials also announced that trust funds have been set up for Dolan and the families of Cruz and Powell. The trust funds have been established at Wachovia bank.
