St. Petersburg, Florida - A Pinellas County woman is accused of killing her mentally disabled sister and living with her body for six weeks before moving to Virginia. The body of Debbie Burns was found last week in her mobile home. Investigators say she was shot in the head in her sleep a day after turning 40 last August. Barbara Burns collected her dead sister's Social Security checks until moving to Virginia Beach, Virginia. Movers found the woman's body last week. Her sister was arrested last weekend and has been charged with first-degree murder. Investigators say she told them where to find the revolver used in the killing. A detective says the sisters were in financial trouble and facing foreclosure.
