TAMPA, Fla. — Cinco de Mayo is coming up this weekend on Sunday commemorating Mexico’s victory at the Battle of Puebla in 1862.
It's a popular holiday among people who enjoy Mexican food and drinks and has been adopted across the United States with parades, parties, special food and marketing campaigns.
