The passenger, a 46-year-old woman, was taken to a local hospital with critical injuries. The Cruiser's driver, the passenger's 61-year-old mother, received serious injuries and was taken to a hospital.

Three people in the Hyundai were arrested shortly after the crash. A fourth person fled but was arrested.

Taken into custody were Carl McKinley, 20; Lazarius Faulk, 19, Clifford Washington, 19, and Jaquez Rouse, 18.
