Small plane down in ditch in Tampa, no one hurt

Tampa Fire Rescue says a single-engine Cessna has its left wing down in the ditch, and there is a small fuel leak.
A small plane has gone into a ditch at Peter O'Knight Airport in Tampa.

Tampa, Florida -- Tampa Fire Rescue units responded to a report of an aircraft down at

Peter O. Knight airport on Davis Island this morning shortly after 11 a.m.

Upon arrival units found that the single-engine Cessna T210 had landed in a
grassy area between runway 3 and the taxiway.

It appeared as if the left main landing gear collapsed upon landing. Both men who were in the aircraft safely exited the aircraft without injury.

Tampa Police is on the scene.

No injuries are reported.
