SARASOTA, Fla. — Sarasota police are investigating a shooting in the area of Booker High School.
Officers said the shooting happened around 8:30 p.m. on 32nd Street near Clark Drive, west of the high school.
"There is NO THREAT or active shooter at Booker HS," the police department wrote in a social media post.
No injuries or property damage was reported and the public is not believed to be in any danger.
