SARASOTA, Fla. — Two teens are charged with murder in connection to a deadly shooting last week in Sarasota, police said in a news release.
The shooting happened just after 10 p.m. on May 16 at the intersection of 31st Street and Osprey Avenue, not far from Shiloh Primitive Baptist Church.
A 28-year-old man was shot and killed. The 15-year-old and 14-year-old, who 10 Tampa Bay is not naming at this time due to their ages, are charged with murder although police did not specify.
Few details have been released about the homicide but police said they are still looking for information and are asking the public for help.
