VENICE, Fla. — A pilot and passenger were able to escape uninjured after their plane overturned while landing around noon Thursday at Venice Municipal Airport, the City of Venice said in a news release.
The Venice Police Department and Venice Fire Rescue responded to the crash, officials said. Little is known about what led up to the crash, but the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is reportedly investigating.
