SARASOTA, Fla. — One person is in police custody after an overnight shooting in Sarasota, according to a news release.
Shortly after midnight, police were sent to the 2000 block of 4th Street after receiving reports about a shooting.
No injuries or property damage were reported, and one person was arrested, per the news release.
The shooting remains under investigation.
