NORTH PORT, Fla. — The North Port Police Department is conducting a death investigation after a body was found Saturday morning.
The body was found in the parking lot of a Publix Grocery at Sumter Boulevard and W Price Boulevard, according to the police department.
Police say they believe this is an isolated incident. There's no danger to the public.
The investigation is ongoing at this time.
