FWC researcher Tom Reinert sent in these aerial photos of a red tide bloom seen off Venice Beach earlier in December. Fish kills and respiratory irritation continue to be reported in bloom areas in both Northwest and Southwest Florida.

- Sarasota
- Charlotte
